About Kathy Sandstrom
After relocating to Dudley, Massachusetts several years ago, Kathy opened her own studio. She now specializes in wedding, family, and children's photography because that's what she loves most. Her enthusiasm comes through in the relaxed atmosphere she creates, as well as in her fine photographs.
Kathy and her husband, Gerry, have two wonderful children. Naturally, Kathy keeps the same hectic schedule as any mom raising kids in the suburbs, but with Gerry's support, Kathy is able to devote the time needed to capture all of those special moments on your wedding day! Her clients always have a thorough selection of portraits and candid photographs from which to choose.
Kathy's work takes her all over Worcester County and beyond. Her clients find her go-anywhere attitude very accommodating, and once on-site, her keen eye will find the best spots for any size group.
A truly artistic eye affords Kathy's subjects wonderful natural surroundings, props, and effects, as you'll see in some of the examples here. The mood of her photos can swing from playfulness to quiet reflection, depending on the occasion. It's this attention to detail, setting, and emotion that sets Kathy apart from her competition, and assures her clients the best possible results.
